/ How We Work

Over a phone call, tell us what you have in mind, your current situation, and your vision. We will ask you to please provide photos of your current situation if possible. After our initial talk, if we both feel aligned to move forward, we will come for a site visit, discuss your project and gather more information to identify your goals and create a plan of action.
We provide a bird’s eye view consultation that requires a $250 fee that will be applied to any awarded bid and/or project.

Let’s get serious. Once we’ve reached an agreement, both parties will sign a contract with MANDS CONTRACTING. The contract will include a detailed outline of the project from start to finish, timeline, building materials, and process included. No additional work will be performed without written approval.
As a general contractor, we can work with your plans and/or visions to bring them into reality. Our capable team will then get ready to provide a professional and quality experience.
Get the conceptual drawings approved, and we get all required permits.
Finalize the design and required deposit.

Activation of the project.
Project kick off. With reliable suppliers and proven trades coordination, the work begins.
We talk more. 90% of a project’s success is communication. Respect for your space is our standard, and you will be well taken care of.

Completing the project to the last detail. The MANDS crew and partners are highly trained and capable of delivering every project successfully.
Close all permits. Remit project documents, warranty, and sign off.
