It was the middle of covid, 2020, and I was thinking about another project that I wanted done. I wanted my back porch screened in, and Jamal advised/ directed me to making it an enclosed space - an addition - instead. It was a great idea and I knew they would do a good job since MANDS CONTRACTING had done previous work that turned out exceptional. They previously created a functional space for living in my basement and completely remodeled my bathroom. This new addition is my happy place, it’s the room that I love the most and it makes me think of Jamal a lot when I’m down there. Thank you so much!

In May, I moved to my new home. I called MANDS to get an estimate to patch and repair my walls and paint my ceilings. Melodie came the same day, gave me the estimate and I signed the contract! In 2018 my house needed redone due to tremendous smoke damage and needed to be completely gutted. MANDS not only fully restored my home top to bottom, but out of the kindness of their hearts they worked with my insurance adjuster to maximize my claim.
